Bernard Mustafa is a highly-respected executive in government contractor circles. A frequent participant on numerous industry panels, Bernard has regularly been tapped by Microsoft to provide insight and ideas on how to grow Microsoft Dynamics as the premier ERP solution for government contractors and other professional services industries. He leads corporate strategy efforts at PVBS as well representing the company in the industry. Prior to joining PVBS, Bernard was President of Copia Enterprises which provided financial and technology consulting services to federal government agencies and commercial clients. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Standard Technology Inc., a government contractor with 200 employees in 16 states and was a director at the American Express Tax & Business Service, leading theRockvilleoffice of American Express’s accounting and consulting division. Bernard also was the director of the Chemistry Division and Finance and Administration for Corning Hazleton.

Bernard holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, an MBA in Finance from the Morgan State University, has served in the United States Army, and is a certified public accountant.

Adil Nowsherwan
Adil NowsherwanVice President, Product Development
Adil Nowsherwan is one of the software development industry’s leading experts on Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions and leads software development for the company. The creator of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for Government Contractors, Adil is known around the world for his work on developing this industry-standard solution.

Prior to co-founding PVBS, Adil was Director of Technology of Aston Group where he managed teams of developers throughout North America for all four Microsoft Business Solutions products. Before that, he was the Senior Developer and Systems Integrator at Integrated Business Solutions, where he provided customer solutions in distribution, manufacturing, and services industries. Adil holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering with an emphasis on computer architecture and design from George Mason University. He also has been educated at the University of London and the University of Cambridge.

William Jones
William JonesVice President, Implementation Services
William “Bill” Jones is the Vice President of Implementation Services for PVBS. Few people in the Microsoft Dynamics services world know how to satisfy customers as well as Bill does. His team of industry-leading consultants and program managers has ensured success by successfully completing hundreds of implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Bill is responsible for ensuring implementation success at PVBS’ government contractor client sites. William is an implementation consultant with nearly a decade’s experience in software analysis, design, and implementation. He possesses strong business process and application functionality knowledge which leads to optimization of client needs and process. He has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and numerous certifications in Dynamics NAV.

Paul Skurpski
Paul SkurpskiVice President, Sales and Marketing
Paul Skurpski is widely regarded in government contracting circles as one of the industry’s true experts on government contracting financial management solutions. Paul sits on the board of a number of industry associations including the Small and Emerging Contractor Advisory Forum (SECAF) and frequently speaks and conduct webinars on topics of interest for companies that provide services or sell products to the Federal Government.

Paul is responsible for new client acquisition activities for the company. Prior to co-founding PVBS, Paul was corporate process improvement manager and director of enterprise systems for Oberthur Card Systems. He has a process improvement and enterprise systems background with over ten years experience delivering and managing enterprise inventory and financial management solutions. With his technical background, Paul specializes in understanding client’s needs and using software solution to help them reach their business goals. He also worked for one of the furniture industry’s top 20 distributors where he helped implement one of the first RFID systems for the furniture industry. He has a BS in Operations Research and Management Science from the State University of New York in Oswego.
